Hiring teams use Workable to track and manage candidates through the hiring pipeline. Every candidate has a profile inside Workable, which becomes a rich source of data as the candidate progresses.
As well as a detailed timeline of the company’s interaction with the candidate, profiles can include:
- Photo or avatar (depending on the company’s account settings)
- First name
- Last name
- Personal email address
- Job title (as listed in Workable)
- Start date (the date the candidate was moved to ‘Hired’)
- Candidate resume (PDF)
- LinkedIn url (depending on the company’s account settings)
- User status (active)
How customers integrate Workable with their HRIS or Onboarding tools
Workable account admins are able to activate an integration between Workable and their preferred onboarding tool with a one time set-up. All Developer Partner integrations are listed by type, inside the product. Existing users of both our services follow simple on-screen instructions. Those who have yet to select an external option will see your logo, a brief description of the product and a link to your site to find out more.
Exporting data from Workable
